Refund policy

We have a struct 72 hour return  policy, which means you have  72 hours   from the time you receive your  Home goods or furniture order to inspect, contact us, agree and ship back immediately and then send us a tracking next  latest day 3 confirming your compliance and return to warehouse. Failure to follow this please we may not be able to help you further.  Do not return without  our confirmation email which will be sent to u before shipping accepting back item thus fufilng your return request. 

 We reserve the right  to accept or reject your  return if you fail to reach out on time.

When we choose to stock , Our store will only consider return and cancellation requests for Fashion goods (Clothing, Hand Bags, Shoes, and Wigs) safely returned unopened and in good resalable condition. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  assembled with tags/refund/cancellation and our confirmation/ acceptance of return request , in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a cancellation /refund return,  more than 48hours after placing the order especially for heavy duty items like furniture/home goods a 38% restocking  fee will apply . If your return is accepted in writing , we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  if we approve a home good / home furniture return request more that 48 hours after you place an order. A refund will be isssued to you less 38% restock and logistics inconvenience charge.. You will also bear the cost of all request for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items/Cancellation Policy
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please note " We also do not accept  requests for cancelaations/returns for any type of HOME FURNITURE  which includes,King/ Queen /Twin/Full beds, beddings, matress, coffee tables, tv stands rugs, sofa, etc 

If we consider you for any cancellations more than 48 hours after order is placed a 38% Logistics inconvenience fee will be charged.

Finally all jewelry, goods ,home decor & Wall clocks etc  are all  on FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on all of the above sold and shipped out items, or items on sale items or items purchased with our gift cards.

Please be absolutely sure before ordering our furniture or home decor oods or Jewelry.. we do not wish to offend you. our store will not accept return or refund request on home furniture/jewelry/incense etc .

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the approved returning item . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
